In 2022, the project took the form of &#8220;Europe I Want to Live In,&#8221; which was an active part of the Czech Republic&#8217;s EU Council Presidency. In 2023, within the Europe 2050 project, we build upon the outcomes of the 2022 edition. Simultaneously, during the planned conference, we introduce the theme of the skills year that the European Union declared for 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the conference, representatives of experts and students will address the theme. The Europe 2050 project and conference always provide space for the expression and discussion of the young generation&#8217;s representatives. We not only listen to their voices but also seek their proposals for solutions, and this year&#8217;s program will be no different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Topics:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Educational goals and planned changes leading to the development of skills and competencies for the successful life of today&#8217;s young generation in the future (outlook 2030\u20132050).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical application of these changes in practice in the near future from the perspective of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic and collaborating organizations (National Pedagogical Institute, Czech School Inspectorate, etc.), schools, pupils, students, and employers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impacts of this application on individual participants in these changes (changes occurring across the entire education system).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Speakers:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic, collaborating organizations \u2013 National Pedagogical Institute, Faculties of Education, Czech School Inspectorate (employers, providers of internships),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regional authorities (municipalities, cities, regions),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pupils and students,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizations implementing activities focused on the development of skills and competencies in both formal and informal education.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conference Program:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>9:00 \u2013 9:30<\/strong> &#8211; Introduction \u2013 Welcome to conference participants, introduction of guests, greetings from partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lecture Block \u2013 9:30 \u2013 10:30<\/strong> &#8211; Educational goals and planned changes leading to the development of skills and competencies for the successful life of today&#8217;s young generation in the future 2030\u20132050 (Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, National Pedagogical Institute, Faculties of Education, representatives of student and pupil organizations)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Break: 10:30 \u2013 11:00<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Discussion Panel \u2013 Secondary and Higher Education Institutions 11:00 \u2013 12:30<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Issues in secondary schools, vocational schools, and universities \u2013 Challenges of necessary changes and practical implementation in schools leading to the development of skills and competencies for the future of students.
